The links in my signature show how to organize and post charts. F11 makes the screen full size and removes profile information. To take a screenshot, just push F12. Screenshots are stored in My Documents/Sleepyhead/Screenshots. You can attach using the forum attachment which is limited, or host on Imgur as described in link 2.

2. Organize SleepyHead Charts 3. Establish an IMGUR .com account 4. Take a Screenprint of your SleepyHead Charts 5. Copy (drag and drop works) your screenshot to your IMGUR account 6. after almost 2 months of treatment my AHI is average 6.57 past 30 days. but my periodic breathing changes everyday and average for the week is 23%. I have last nights results I will post it now (finally figured out how to do it
