Still tired on APAP

Still tired on APAP
I've been on APAP for a while. I'm compliant every night, and my doc says that my AHI are low enough that I should feel great. Trouble is, I don't. I still feel tired, despite generally getting more than 8 hours of sleep every night.

I've attempted to look at my charts. But not really getting anywhere.

One thing that stood out to me is that my flow rate pattern seems all over the place? I've attached a few examples. Not sure if it means anything.

Any thoughts? Thanks so much.

RE: Still tired on APAP
Welcome to the board. Your numbers are not bad but I think you would do better if you increased the min from 7 to 8. You do have more flow limits and events that should be helped by moving up to get a head start on the pressure. You could go higher if 8 does not help.
