Cervical Collar did the job
My chin was dropping down at night. After reading comments on other posts by Opel Rose, Sleeprider, and Bonjour I bought one.
I didn't know I had the problem until I read their posts and than checked my stats on sleepyhead. I used it last night and went from 8 API down to 1.5 API. First time under 5. My O2 levels were stable for the first time. I just want to say Thanks for the advice via 3rd party.

Good job figuring this out. Many people find comfort and effectiveness at lower pressures than would be possible without the positional therapy. I love another success story!

That's pretty crazy to thing that it actually works. I remember stumbling accross one of those a while back on Amazon and thinking that there's not was that does anything. I'll have to try it out at some point. Is it comfortable?

It's comfortable if you get the right size. Amazon sells a range of sizes. Measure your neck and add a couple inches to allow for movement.
Also measure under your chin to the base of your neck so the collar is not too tall.
It works beautifully and keeps the jaw/mouth from dropping open while you sleep. Also keeps you from tucking your chin down to your chest area.

I love it. This is not a traditional use for OSA, I see usage only since mid 2016 so less than a year. Discovered by users and based on forum reports, it has a high success rate.
