I can't exhale very well.

aJack....

My mask looks like this:

It is called a Resmed Airfit P10. I have the medium head size elastics and it might be a tad small.

I decided to try the Philips Respironics Nuance Pro Nasal Pillow System - (1105167 - Retail Packaged - 3 different sized nose pillows). I am going to give it a go on my new machine, but I can always go back to the mask I am using now.

You have given me a lot to think about. Let me hit the books and get on top of this.

Thanks so much. Off to test my new settings in an hours....

Thanks for the feedback.

If the tidal and minute numbers are right, it does need to be fixed. The flow and leak charts can also indicate. sleeprider is good chart readers here.

so you don't have a FFM available to use. If you can't resolve the mouth breathing, and there are some successful ways including mouth taping. I found the f20 suited me better than several others I have used, but it doesn't suit everyone. You need a FFM when you have a cold anyways.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
