Well. I tried the EPR =1 setting on you were pretty much spot on.

Here is EPR =2

I just felt like i was out of breath exhaling on EPR =2. Would you recommend keeping it there and get used to it considering i get a lot less CA events?

How do i feel? I feel a lot more rested since the purchase of the Resmed. My sleep is heavier. I wake feeling like i have totally blacked out, rather than had a light, agitated sleep. Could be a placebo kinda thing. I don't think so.

Which set of setting feels better for you? There is essentially no difference between any of these recent charts so the choice is purely subjective.

I just noticed there were more CA and H events on EPR 1. That's a bit of difference yeah?

EPR 1 feels better, but EPR 2 I could live with if needed.
