Chart advice please
[attachment=12174][attachment=12173][attachment=12172]
My AHI was 17 in sleep study. I started with CPAP one month ago with Airsense S10. Initially started with pressure 4-20, after reading the forum, I adjusted it to 6-12 with that I was able to bring AHI from over 3 to around 1.5.

I also bought a Dreamstation Go without humidifier for traveling, on the first use, I was surprised that AHI was down to 0.34 even though there is no humidification, sleeping in unfamiliar place. What could be the difference in AHI reading from S10 vs Dream Go?

Would appreciate some comment or advice please.

You have the CA turned off on your chart. Go to the flags at the bottom of the page.
You have leaks or mouth leaks that need sorting. Read the mask fit link in my signature
You may need to lift your min and max pressure, to min 8, max 15. Other than that it seems like you are starting off well and keeping your mask on.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Thanks. By turning on CA, do you mean CPAP Overlay with CA? which chart should I add the overlay?

CA, clear airway, down the bottom of oscar are event flag, drop down boxes, turn it on there. it's not a big deal, as your CA are less than 1 per hour in your pie chart. You can also turn the pie chart off in preferences, it displays the column chart better when you post.
