MicoSway Therapy Thread
Hi Everyone!

I have been using CPAP for 3 years now, but I still have low energy and morning headaches.
My sleep study showed just below 5 AHI and 15-20 RDI, so I suspect UARS, especially since I am young and slim.

I started BIPAP recently, but it has not been much improvement.

Is there anything to note of my OSCAR data? Thank you so much!

With relatively low pressure of 4.0 EPAP, min 12 IPAP max and PS 3, your results are very good. In the posted charts, your IPAP pressure never exceeds 9.0 cm, and the highest pressure was between 02:40 to 04:20 on March 3. That looks like you got into a sleep position where your airway was slightly restricted. The majority of evets are random CA which does not suggest a problem is is most likely sleep transitions or brief arousals. The zoomed view of a CA event appears to be a change in body position where you aroused, took a breath, held it and turned, then resumed normal breathing.

I don't see anything that needs to be done, however you can try increasing EPAP min to 5.0 an then judge if it is more comfortable or less. That is entirely up to you and the criteria to keep or reject the change is your comfort.
