The PapCap is the right idea, but seems kind of expensive for what it is... I’m a tightwad, what can I say.
Anyone know what I am talking about?

Chin strap caps
I have been researching chin strap caps and I remember seeing something a few years ago about one being made from a surgical cap... like surgeons wear in operating rooms. They sold them, I think, but now can’t find information anywhere. I looked on Etsy and didn’t find anything. I tried the baseball cap version shown on YouTube, but the glue from the Velcro keeps coming off. I don’t sew...so sewing Velcro to the cap is not an easy fix.

RE: Chin strap caps
I've had 3 of those. Last one was more cheaply made. PapCap, or CPapCap....and when I asked questions I got no answer.
If you wish, take a look at the Knightsbridge Dual Strap. Yes the cost is about the same as the PapCap. However, it's much better quality and the Owner generously answered any question I had. Look in the product review section here in the forum. I've commented there a few times. Maybe too much...
