RE: system one trouble
Have you checked that you are in therapy mode? Look at the screen and turn the dial to rotate between the four main selection choices. If you are in one of the submenus, turn the knob counter-clockwise until you see "back" and press the knob, this will take you back to the top menu, and then select "Therapy".
In the "settings" menu, make sure you are in Auto-on. Auto-off is also recommended. Neither of these will affect the operation if it won't go on at all, but it is useful to have this setting. If the "therapy" setting is not the problem, then check that all the connections are correct and there is no blockage anywhere - the humidifier is correctly connected (you can simply remove it and push it in again (with the tank removed or empty, please), make sure the hose is also connected correctly and check to see that the air intake in the back is unobstructed and only the filter is in the intake grid. then plug it back in and if it still doesn't work, you need to call your DME....

Also try disconnecting it from the electrical outlet and reconnect. It will boot up in therapy mode and all you have to do is push the button to make it start blowing air. The problem could be the power cord or it could be the machine itself.
If you have a voltmeter check and see if you're getting 12 volts DC.
