J Duffy,

If you download sleepyhead and post your results online here it would help the wise ones give you advise.

disrupted sleep, wake several times.

i could have central apnea? the numbers are different every night and usually between 5 and 10 ahi but the percentages are kinda the same.

Hey Bill, not sure if you still follow this thread, but:
I have almost the exact same numbers as you listed above.
Did you ever determine how to lower CA and Hypo?
Thanks!  J
J Duffy, welcome to the board.

Please start your own thread for this.  The stated number (NOT yours) indicate a possibility of Central and/or Complex Apnea and need to be looked at.

You are on a BiPap/BiLevel, why?  To treat these issues?  Could you post your Sleep Studies, and yoiur Daily SleepyHead Charts.  These will provide info that will allow us to properly advise you.
