Too much caffeine can do this to me, too. Not fun when I'm trying to fall asleep.

The smallest amount of the stuff can do this to me, even 18 hours afterwards.

I have a co-worker who's addicted. Has to drink it all day long to avoid a headache and has suffered from insomnia for decades. Duhh!

If that survey is right I figure I should live to well over 100 (64 now).
I do love and enjoy my morning Java!
Thanks
