Compliance question

RE: Compliance question
More or less humor:  Lately I have lost 10% of my body weight and still losing.
So when I have the compliance appointment with my doctor in about a month
should I press him for a new sleep study ?

RE: Compliance question
If your PAP is doing well in treating you successfully and comfortably, the sleep study wouldn't be much use. However if you need a different therapy and a switch of machines, then it may be needed.

RE: Compliance question
My wife's sleep doc makes her bring her machine in every time. My wife has a very complex situation as a lot of hers are opiate related (suffers chronic pain).

I see my doc every six months and just bring in the report from OSCAR. He is very happy with that and actually reads it and we talk about it during the appointment. More concerned with long term than a bad night or two. He has made the comment that I most likely know to to change the settings so he will tell me if I need to make a change. Smile

Only time I talk to my DME is when I get the text to order supplies.

RE: Compliance question
I have to assume that my sleep doctor checks the MyAir report. He's never asked me to bring my machine in, or it's card.

He knows that I'm having issues with compliance, as we've talked about it before.
