RE: Computer Monitor Display
I believe Windows 10 has an option in each application's Properties section for monitor resolution. This was added to address 4K monitors running applications that aren't or weren't written to allow for the higher resolution. You can right-click on either the application or its shortcut to select the Properties option (last on the list).
