Concerned about readings the last few nights

Concerned about readings the last few nights
Hi everyone

I'm on vacation in Huatulco Mexico,. And the first night I arrived I slept great ran a 1.3 that night then my numbers have been all over the place since Sunday night and trying to figure out what's up I've never had a number spike like this ever.
Sunday my ahi was a 48.9 on 4 hours 32 minutes of usage
Monday 9.5 ahi on 6 hours 1 minute of use

Tuesday 22.3 ahi on 3 hours of useage.

And last night a 14 ahi on 5 hours 20 minutes of useage.

I've never had a spike like that when traveling so it's concerning also I changed the mask insert and humidifier chanber along with filters before leaving so it's not like I am using old parts..  It is very humid down here and try to keep my room as cool as possible but is the humidity here along the humidifier on the machine wreaking havoc on my numbers?  Or is my machine on the fritz? Or bad mask cushion That's causing a a leak?

My ahi average for the last 30 days went from 1.8 to 3.8. I haven't had a 30 day average that high since I started using a CPAP bck in February 2017.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you can post your Sleepyhead charts that would help to point out the why.

It could be humidity issues or a new sleep environment causing you to move around, but all this is a total guess without detailed data.

RE: Concerned about readings the last few nights
You experienced one night of pretty bad obstructive events, and things have improved, but are above your long-term average. You are at sea level at a holiday resort, and I'm sure drinking, eating and the disruption to your routine has nothing to do with it...or maybe it does. It's really hard to say without seeing the data, but the first thing I suspect is that your hotel bed has too many or too large pillows, and you are getting positional apnea that you didn't have at home. Try to find a way to bet better head/neck alignment and things might take a turn for the better.
