Cpap water tank level doesn't move

RE: Cpap water tank level doesn't move
Hi,
I am using DSX500T11 and I am seeking for some advice around my humidifier.
- my settings are at 3 but I don't see the level of the water changing in the morning after using for the whole nite.
- When touching the water it does not feel warm
- However when I switched on the preheat it does feel warm; both the tubing and the water.

Thank you.

The machine senses the humidity of the air in your bedroom and adjusts accordingly. So if it determines that the humidity is already high enough it won't add any. You will need to dial up to higher setting to get it to come on.
