Is it possible to delete the 'test' period from Sleepy Head so I can be more clear of how my night was?

Cropping Data From Sleepy Head
Yesterday I went from FFM to Nasal Pillows with Chin Strap and acclimated to the pillows during the day. Last night I then slept with them and as it appears the reported AHI (and all the data) includes when I was acclimating to the pillows.
Is it possible to delete the 'test' period from Sleepy Head so I can be more clear of how my night was?
RE: Cropping Data From Sleepy Head
In the left-hand column, scroll down to the bottom of the Details tab and you will see 'Session Information' with a list of the sessions for that day. Simply click on the black and green bar to the left of the session you want to ignore, and it will turn to red and black, and all the graphs will redraw leaving out that session.
Note that the data is not actually deleted, but it is no longer used in any of the calculations done by SleepyHead. It can be used again by clicking on the red and black bar.

Go to Files, Preferences, Import. There's a switch that slides to cut out short sessions. Look towards the top.

Ignoring short sessions is a global switch that is not quite the same thing as ignoring a particular session of any length. If you make the slider time long enough to cut out some afternoon session, you may cut short night-time sessions between bathroom breaks. |
