Interesting, my Dreamstation Auto changed the time perfectly. My sleepyhead data shows went to bed at 1:04AM and got up at 8:05AM with a total of 6 hours sleep. It accounted for the missing hour. Oh-jeez

Huh  My Dreamstation didn't lose an hour because it never adjusted to DST.
After reading this thread, I decided to check it and had to adjust it manually.

Oh, cool!  Do you have the modem installed?

I assumed my Airsense 10 would change automatically, or be changed remotely by big brother DME; but neither happened. I just changed it myself after two business days. Interestingly, the setting is found in the clinician"s menu. Sad

I just changed mine today...this thread made me do it after a year.  It was still an hour behind from last year and off by about 15 minutes.

It's tough being around a bunch of people that are obsessive about their data. Oh-jeez

My Resmed Airsense 10 Auto definitely doesn't change it's time automatically for daylight savings time.  It's clock also "drifts" by a fair amount.  They have a modem in it that could allow software to check the time and adjust it every day, but I guess they couldn't find a programmer smart enough to do that.  When I look at their other software this possibility becomes all too plausible.  Thank goodness for SleepyHead.

Last year I let it stay on standard time, but the year before and again this year I decided to adjust it for DST.

Hydrangea,

I do have a modem that was installed by the DME. Good point, wonder if they send out the time update.
