The Aircurve ASV is a much more expensive machine used for treating central apnea. I don't think that is what you want, but if periodic breathing, hypopnea and central apnea are issues you have, then that is the solution. I have seen a lot of advanced bilevel machines recently and saw an Aircurve 10 ASV in Fredriksburg MD for $500 which is an amazing price.
