DME is scheduled for a proper mask fitting.

DME is scheduled for a proper mask fitting.
The DME is scheduled to stop by and properly fit me for a ffm, as my mask has been sliding up and down my nose, and hurting it. I have a pressure sore after only 5 days of usage.

The lab never measured my face for the mask.

The F&P Simplus is so nice. It's not as mean on the bridge of the nose, and it holds a good seal. I like it.
PS. This board is really nice. I have been to the "other" board, and though there are some incredibly kind people there, there are also some who lash out at you if you're new to all of this stuff. I have only had to block one person on this board so far.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
