DRY MOUTH IN MORNING
Can anyone explain why I have been having a dry mouth in the mornings and how to adjust my machine to fix it.

My setting for climate control is 24
Happy sleeping

Try Biotene mouth wash. Its not unusual to get dry mouth using full face mask as you,re breathing through the mouth and nose. Try adjust the humidity setting up or down ...see which one works better for you. The other option is to use a nasal mask with a chinstrap to keep mouth closed.

I haven,t used it but guess in the morning
You can get it from the chemist, Price line, Soul Pattinson or other places
Try the local chemist (even supermarket) and if they don,t stock it, ask them to order it for you

Biotene is great. I've used it after oral surgery and such. Made sense to try it with a CPAP and it works great! I just swish it about before bed and it really helps to keep my mouth from drying out as badly! I'm in the USA and I find Biotene in the grocery store or the drug store. For some strange reason the label does not really stand out so every time I need to really look for it! I think they have a great product but need better bottle labels! Smile
As always, YMMV! You do not have to agree or disagree, I am not a professional so my mental meanderings are simply recollections of things from my own life.

experiment with climate control or humidity ( i only have humidity levels). Use Biotene prodicts (no connection with company) for dry mouth. Use all available. Place dab of gel behind front teeth and leave to dissolve slowly over ight- do not disturb with tongue. Good luck.
