Data Download

I've been on the hose for three years and I still check my results in SleepyHead every single morning.  After awhile you begin to see patterns that you don't notice with just looking once in awhile, and this can help you with dialing in your therapy.

Since my AHI is typically around 0.3, I only will download to Sleepyhead in the event it goes over 1, which typically means about every 2 weeks or so.

I do it daily. I am interested in numbers and statistics and it is just a habit.
