Data Import Issue - Somnobalance e

Data Import Issue - Somnobalance e
Hi everyone from a rainy Adelaide.

I'm brand new to sleep apnea (or the diagnosis of, at least), and APAP. I have a trial unit for a month (a Somnobalance e), and I'm curious about looking at the data for different masks and sleeping positions, so I can make the best decision for comfort and lowest AHI.

I've installed the latest, non-beta version of OSCAR.

When I go to import data, I get data for three days - 24/25/26 of September, but there is nothing for 27 or 28th. I've had the machine on for those night, and based on the date the files on the SD card were last modified, something has touched the three files on there. The WM_DATA.TDF file is also larger today than it as yesterday, so I think there are more data on there than before..

I've been write-protecting the card before connecting it to the PC, just in case.

I tried destroying my profile and starting again.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling OSCAR.
I've deleted and created a new data-store outside of cloud storage sync folder just in case something weird was happening there.

None of those things have helped.

I've attached the SD-card zip and the diagnostics logs - it wouldn't let me attach .zip files, so I've just renamed them .txt.

The log file has things like "59349: Debug: QDateTime(2021-09-28 22:01:03.000 Cen. Australia Standard Time Qt::LocalTime)" in it, which is when I went to bed last night, so I assume it's written data to the card. I'm just not sure why it's not being read properly.

Many thanks for assistance in advance.

Cheers,
KO

RE: Data Import Issue - Somnobalance e
Hi KO. The Lowenstein/Weinmann devices aren't fully supported in OSCAR. You could try TBMx's sleepyhead fork available here: https://forum-schlafapnoe.de/viewtopic.p...135#p86307 (german forum).
