But you don't always know, actually. I've often seen more stops in the data than I remember from the night. Not so bad now when I'm only getting up once a night at most (lately...knock on wood...why does my head hurt?) but back when I was getting up three four or five times to pee every night I would occasionally not remember all of them, but there they were in the data because I always stop the machine and restart it when that happens.
Now recently since I've been getting in more than 7 hours without a pee break most nights I sometimes remember waking up with a mild urge and then drifting back to deeper sleep. That doesn't show in the data.
The above is my opinion. It is just possible that I may, occasionally, be mistaken.
