Deleting Unwanted OSCAR Data

Deleting Unwanted OSCAR Data
Is there any way to delete unwanted data from OSCAR?  It seems that my original DS (since recalled and replaced by DS2) had been used before I received it (Demo?).  As a result, OSCAR has data from before I started my therapy and that information is "contaminating" the summary in OSCAR.  Ideally, I'd like to eliminate all data prior to a specific date so that only my data is there.

Any way to do so?

Thanks in advance!

Go to Data ⇾ Advanced ⇾ Purge ALL Machine Data ⇾ (Select your CPAP from the listed devices) .  After you purge the data, go to File ⇾ Preferences ⇾ Import tab ⇾ Session Storage Options select (place a checkmark) in the option, Do not import sessions older than:, and set the date you first used your new machine.

After importing the data, I would recommend that you format the SD card and perform a factory reset on the CPAP to remove any residual summary data.  You will then be able to start new.  One word of caution, remember to record all your settings before the reset, so you will know what to restore them to.

@Crimson Nape

Great post -- I did not know I could reduce my history file size this easily. Thanks.  Thanks

Most helpful - the advanced sub menu under the data menu was just what I needed.  Turns out there were a limited number of days of data to get rid of and I was able to do that easily with your guidance!

Thanks so much for your help!   Thanks
