Dental expansion in British Columbia
#1
Hi I'm new to the board having recently been diagnosed.  I was looking at long term solutions and wondered if anyone has any advice regarding dental appliances and sleep apnea.

Is there anyone from BC who can advise a good dentist to see?

Thanks

Tried it.
It did absolutely nothing to help my apnea, but it did create a TMJ condition. After a couple of weeks, my jaw got to the point that I could not close it properly to chew food until several hours (4-5) after getting up.

CPAP therapy is the best long-term solution.
Hang in there for more answers to your question.
Good luck on your CPAP journey.
