Detailed Summary
New to cpap, well fairly new. How does anyone learn to interpret the detailed summaries that we are able to get off the sd card from our machines? It all looks like Greek to me at this point. Any pointers in the right direction will be appreciated.

You can't go by a single night's worth of data. You need to look at it over time. Then when something happens, you can see it immediately. If, for example, your AHI is normally <2, but you have a night of it over 4, you can look at the data and figure out what else is out of the "normal" for you. Might be a high leak, might be you snored. Or it could be environmental and not in the data but you would know that because you can see the data is otherwise "normal" for you. If you have any questions about a specific term or whatever, just ask! Or do a forum search 'cause more than likely, it's been asked before.
