Dewberry Therapy Thread: Autoset 11 to Aircurve 10 ASV

RE: Dewberry Therapy Thread: Autoset 11 to Aircurve 10 ASV
I am at a loss what else I can do for the positional events.
I wear a stiff cervical collar that is 3.5 inches high, I will see if I can find a taller one.
i sleep on my side as much as I can and I generally wake up if I roll on to my back fairly quickly.
keep plugging away at it.

I realize that the problem is frustrating. I’m simply relaying my observations based on your charts. So many of our members have dealt with this specific problem that it may be worthwhile to start a new thread to discuss “stubborn” positional apnea to solicit ideas. I am very good at spotting the problem and understanding the mechanisms at play, however I am not affected by PA and have not experienced how to best resolve it.

Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate you taking the time to analyze what is happening.
I am frustrated with being tired all the time, I realize a lot of people are in the same boat.
Last night numbers were quite a bit better, I increased the EPAP to 8 and of course the leaks increased.
I will stay on this setting and see what happens unless you have some other insights.
I must have rolled onto my back or changed position at 0220, UA's in a bunch.
Here are last nights numbers.
