Long ago, I changed my settings on my machine from CPAP 16 (doc's recommendation) to APAP 12-18 (board advice). But now 95% of the time, my pressure readings come out at min 12 and max 16. So, should I adjust the lower number to 10..?? And, the higher number to 16..?? Thx in advance for any thoughts. bhouston350- It's always best to post a current chart or two from Sleepyhead/OSCAR so that your situation can be best assessed on this thread. I would suspect that you would want to keep your minimum set for at least 12 and there would be no harm in letting your max stay at 18. When you post your charts we can see what your average pressure (Med) happens to be... How are your leaks coming? Have things improved in that area? Which mask are you currently using? Are you still using a full-face-mask? Post a couple current charts when you get the chance! |
