RE: CSR reading is increasing everyday
Could you please post a full daily details screenshot as shown in the Organizing Your Oscar Chart linked in my signature. I’m pretty sure the problems with your therapy are ramp too low too long and insufficient minimum pressure. I also want to look at increasing pressure support to help with flow limitations and hypopnea. I guarantee this is not CSR but rather periodic flow limitation from some form of obstruction with the leading candidate being positional apnea. Feel free to read the Soft Cervical Collar wiki linked in my signature because you’re going to hear a lot more about it soon.

RE: CSR reading is increasing everyday
As I expected, you have by far predominately obstructive events in clusters. You have the very common problem of obstructing when your chin tucks and obstructs the airway. Philips seems to flag this as periodic because people with this problem obstruct, arouse and breathe, then quickly obstruct again as they fall asleep. A soft cervical collar is amazing in taking this from many events per hour to nearly nothing. The secret is to find a comfortable but effective fit. Hopefully you have read the soft cervical collar wiki http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar, and the discussion of positional apnea http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea

Read the wikis. Your problem with chin-tucking is extremely common and easy to fix without raising pressure. I notice that when you are having apnea clusters, you are pushing the ramp button. Your ramp should be on a minimum pressure of 8.0 and on Auto, or just simply off. That is not a solution. Once you control the positional issue with a soft cervical collar, you won't be waking up and resetting pressure. The pressure is not the problem, it is the obstruction of your airway.
