RE: One month in - how can I do better?
Hello all, still working on titrating for my best results. Attached is my graph from last night. I slept at 9600' elevation (Breckenridge, CO) just in case that comes into play. While I have been successful in getting my AHI down below 5 consistently, I cannot seem to get it much below 3-4 back home in Salt Lake City (elevation about 4500'). I am wearing a SCC every night. I absolutely feel better than before treatment. I stopped using my anti-anxiety meds and no longer have that 24/7 feeling of "being on edge." Also I no longer need to nap or if I do, it is just a short one. By the way, that gap starting at 23:15 is very unusual. Somehow my nasal cushion came off completely and it did not wake me up. First time that has ever happened so I think it's fair to ignore that! My questions: 1. Shall I continue to tweak the minimum pressure upwards slowly? 2. Would another type of machine (bi-level or ASV) be indicated or should the APAP get me the results I need? 3. What is the biggest concern that you are seeing in my graph? Thanks so much! |
