That's not to say that tweaking settings might not reduce the AHI a bit more.  There is also still some snoring going on.

If you want to tweak and you are NOT dealing with aerophagia (air in the stomach), then I would suggest a modest increase in your min pressure setting.  If aerophagia is not an issue, I think you might get better results bumping the min pressure up to 6.

Hi Robysue,

I increase the min press setting to 6 last night and got a higher AHI (3.13) when I checked this morning. Will monitor further for another few days and see if it goes down.  Thanks for your help.
