[Diagnosis] Help with reviewing OSCAR results

I used to be a dedicated back sleeper, but I ended up with positional obstructions. So with the advice on this board, I bought a soft cervical collar. This improved the situation, and yes it was uncomfortable to sleep this way.

I then bought a CPAP pillow, from Amazon US, one with cutouts at the edges, and with two different shapes, as far as height was concerned. I then practiced to sleep on my side...dedicated exclusively to this position.

I stopped using the cervical collar, and lo and behold, no more positional apnea.

The pillow and position totally helped. I no longer use the cervical collar, but I don't sleep on my back anymore. If I do, then yes, the positional apnea comes back.

Last nights results, not as good but i think i am happy with them.
Four OA's and 2 hypopnea's.

Three of the OA's were in a cluster, so maybe i managed to duck my head? not sure
Hypopneas look like false positives. It looks like arousal a few seconds before.


I also tried a pillow mask again to see if it made a difference. I think it is slightly more comfortable with the brace.

Leak rate remains consistant at 2.5 - 5.

I ado actually have a CPAP pillow - although rarely use it. I will try it again using the higher position.
