Home Sleep Study help with the results
Hello everyone, i'm new to this board. Have been mostly lurking some threads and in the past but this is my first time posting  Smile

24m, bmi 23, extra : none

Since my teenage hood i suddenly started having a bad sleep for no reason, like over few weeks without any change when i was like 16. I have checked for allergies, any nasal problem like turbinate, polyp or sinus on ctscan, blood test with hormones, vitamins, deficiency home study, bedding change and even trying to sleep in other countries to no success

Symptoms are pretty standard: tired a lot for 3h upon awakening, dry mouth (despite a decent hydratation and humidity), daytime sleepiness, constant yawning, a bit brainfog, a bit bruxism (teeth/jaw hurt in the morning and teeth wearing a bit down, tried mouthgards tho)

Here are the results of my home study:

Apneas : 5
AHI : 1
Average length : 13 sec
Longest length : 19 sec
OSA Number : 4
CSA Number : 1

Hypopnea 1 total, micro awakening 2 per hour

Snoring 53, 15 per hour
Events 3
Total events length 2 minute
Strength 81 dB

Sp02 awakening : 99%
Sp02 average : 97%

Sp02 lowest : 95%

Here are my questions:

Is there anything weird on those? I had a very bad night during then and woke up 3 time, went to wc 2 time

Is it possible to get better results on PSG or are those enough?

Might it be related to a nasal problem? I have noticed when i lay down, i have trouble breathing, my nose become so dry that my nose hair start bothering me for some reason ( Huh ). I tried to mouthtape but it didnt do much

Thanks for reading
