[Diagnosis] In need of help!

Hey guys

I am new here and do not really know what I am doing. 

I have downloaded OSCAR and hopefully I have attached the right things.

I average around 8ahi per night on my Philips Dreamstation. 

My doctor says that is good enough consideration my original was around 50ahi.

I still feel extremely tired and would like this to below 2 ahi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A min of 5 is almost always too low, especially on a PR machine.

Try a min pressure of 8 then repost
This will give your Dreamstation a headstart and thus better prevention.

Also the minor clustering of obstructive events hints at chin tucking. Change up your pillow, if you are using 2 , use 1. No amount of pressure will fix this. For worse cases we suggest a soft cervical collar, see the link in my signature. For now see if a pillow mod will work.
