Trying to buildup enough posts to actually tell what's going on with me but my SPo2 definitely plumets to the mid 80s, I was told 93% is about the lowest you want by the docs here. Heartrate though, that has been the literal killer for me.

Have you self administered the Epworth Sleepiness Scale test?
8 simple questions about how tired you feel. A score over 10 is justification for a sleep study.
