Somnetics Transcend CPAP questions

My Transcend is set 3in below my normal pressure which corresponds to my Resmed's reduction in pressure when exhaling.

Hello TomR1

I am interested in how long Transcend works with batteries, so have a couple of questions for you, if you don't mind?
1. Is the "small battery" you mention the P4? (15 hours....Wow!)
2. What is your actual pressure setting on your Transcend in cm H2O?

I have Transcend with the "large" P8 battery that is stated to last for 16 hours at 14 cm H2O, but it only lasts for 11 hours at 11.6 cm H2O! (I have tried two P8 batteries now). So I wake up half way through the second night - not good! I really thought Transcend would use less power.
My old small marine sealed lead acid battery lasts 18 hours (two and a bit nights), but is heavy to take bushwalking.
