As Dave says you could try reducing Epr to reduce the ca’s also they could be related to not sleeping well let’s see how the numbers evolve over the next month or so.

Thanks Dave & Jas - I have set EPR to ramp, reduced EPR to 1 and slightly increased the minimum pressure. Attached is my last night's result. I have found recently that when leaks happen in the middle of the night I seem to reflexively just remove the mask in my slightly disorientated state, which isn't great, so Pet0r has recommended Remzzzs CPAP fabric mask liners which I have bought a trial pack of, hopefully they'll come later this week.

EDIT - sorry I had reduced EPR to one but must have reverted to 2. I have this morning changed it back to 1.

It seems EPR is effectively Off with Ramp Only EPR and not using Ramp as it is. OK it looks improved on OSCAR, but do you feel better for the PAP therapy? It appears Hypopnea and Flow Limits are your most likely sleep disruption offenders as is. If they do disturb sleep, it will likely need addressed by bumping Min pressure up some as EPR additions will add CA back into the mix and it's best to avoid a CA addition situation.
