Did I bugger up my brother's SD card in RESScan?
Put the software on his laptop, set him up a patient file, imported his data, showed him the basics, etc. When he put the SD card back in his machine (Resmed S9), it told him it was the "wrong card." He checked the write protection, and it was disabled. He then hit the button on the machine for it to reset the card, and started over. I told him I could show him how to print a report for the data "lost."
So, did I do something improperly? (or didn't do something properly?)

RE: Did I bugger up my brother's SD card in RESScan?
By chance is your computer using Windows 7 or higher? The S9's DO NOT like the System Volume Information that's written to removable drives by default. As a side note, the A10's corrected for this problem in their firmware.
Your S9 should prompt you to format it again. For future use, here is a link to a registry mod to disable/enable the Sys Vol write function on your system: http://download.loganville.online/SysVolWrite.zip I hope this may help.

Yes, it is Windows 10. Well . . . bugger . . . . he's good to go, now, and I expect I'll never be given that SD card again, ever. Thanks for the info!
