Well as I have had three whole nights of restorative sleep, on new sleep med, so I still need to lose 25Lbs, but man are you all looking good...:-)

I would be very skinny, then - we don't have fat Father Christmas' here, they are normally very skinny, in fact - but I do have the grey beard....

I have visible abs now, so I'm doin okay.

Get a 6 pack with one weird trick that involves breathing pressurized air for 8 hours every night

I have never won or even entered anything close to a "good looking" contest. I haven't really thought about much since I was a teenager anyway.

Maybe if better sleep reduces the bags under my eyes, I might qualify for better. Wink

Kind of. I'm still working on puffy eyes from mask leaks.

I'm much more refreshed and not dozing off on a couch in the corner when we are out visiting people.

I've also lost 8kg so far from no other reason other than starting cpap

cool - good results. My face just isn't as tired and I don' scrunch up my eyes so far. In a year or so I will be drop dead gorgeous if this goes on this way.

RE: Did you start looking better?
In my case it's an unanswerable question, because I can't get better-looking than already being perfect.
