RE: Do Sleep Med's effect sleep study data?
Considering your history with opioid induced central apnea, I'd be reluctant to suggest adding a sleep medication. I mean would your doctor recommend Ambien on top of methadone? It's certainly not our call here, but if you just have a night typical of what you have posted here, you'll certainly be getting ASV. How much trouble do you anticipate with falling asleep in a clinic?
