Do i need a CPAP machine for SWIFT FX pillow mask ?
Hi ppl i wanted to buy me a pillow mask ...

which would cost me 150 euro and now i saw that alot of ppl use the machines too ... do i need one too ? or does the pillow do its job without machine ?

The mask connects to the machine, and is how the air generated by the machine is delivered to your face.... the mask is useless without the machine.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Tires are expensive too....but they really do make the automobile roll better.
