How is my AHI so low?

How is my AHI so low?
Greetings everyone. I'm trying to figure out how my AHI is so low and yet still having issues sleeping. I constantly feel like I stop breathing and suffocate while trying to fall asleep. When I wake up I feel tired and unwell. I have a bipap study in a couple of months but I'm not sure how well a bipap machine will fix what is going on. I added a couple of screenshots of last nights sleep. The first hour I struggled to fall asleep due to the suffocating feelings. I notice some of the charts on the second screenshot are bit wonky, not sure if this is normal.

Hope everyone is having a good week and staying safe.

/cheers

RE: How is my AHI so low?
Your min pressures were at 11 an12 on other threads you posted, why the change to 6. Min of 6 is a little low for many adults so I would raise it to 8. That should help with lack of oxygen you report. I would also set EPR to 3 if it not already (FULL TIME).

Low AHI alone means little in one 24 hour period compared to months or years of bad sleeping with Apnea. It's going to take your dedication to use the CPAP for weeks or months before you might feel the benefits.
