RE: lukazi (Therapy Thread)
Hi lukazi,
Your median pressure is still sitting around 10.38 with your new setup. I would suggest changing your minimum pressure back to 10 if you are able to fall asleep with that pressure - might take some practice to get comfortable with that pressure with your new mask.
IIRC, CAs at sleep-wake junk is common and not a cause for concern.
RE: lukazi (Therapy Thread)
You lowered your minimum pressure to 9... not sure why? Were you uncomfortable with the 10.4 setting? Try to keep at around your median pressure reading.
I also see Obstructives with a minimum pressure if 9.
You are also using EPR 3, which is the highest you can set. You need to keep this at 3 to keep the FL lower.
As far as waking up several times to pee, I can't explain that as you seem adequately treated with your Cpap. You may want to look at other issues for an answer. Have you seen a urologist? Many men suffer with enlarged prostates, which disrupt sleep.
At least rule that out.
At this point, strive for comfort.
