Does Wellue customer service respond to you?
My Wellue SleepU is still generating data, but on Jan 1 I noted that only 1 of the 2 red sensor LEDs was working after only ~2 weeks of use. Contacted them that day via email and several times since -- no response. Is anyone else having this issue with them?

That's normal.
And yes, they respond to me, but they take a few days at the best of times (because they're in China so time zones) and they've been out until the 4th for the new year, apparently (I got an out of office reply) but I got an email from them yesterday.
