Does anyone know how to read an Apria sales agreement?
I'm trying to figure out what this statement means as far as paying for my cpap machine... (Insurance companies and DMEs try to confuse you...) This is the agreement that I signed 6 months ago when I ordered my A11, and when the box appeared on my front porch on Friday it had no packing slip or other documentation of my order. I'm trying to figure out what the cost will be...

The box I got didn't have the nasal mask, because I was able to tell them that I use an F30, so the mask price will be a bit different.
What I'm hoping that it means is that -- since only the first line item is listed as a rental -- there is an initial payment and it consists of 1/13th of the price of the AirSense11 plus the price of humidifier/tubing/mask/filters/chinstrap -- about $350. Then after that the remaining balance will be 12*$46.15=$553.80.
Those of you who've bought a machine through Apria -- does any of this look familiar, and do you think that I'm reading it correctly?

Your take is what I'd come up with. I've used Apria several years ago and it looked similar to my ASV issuance.
