Does mouth breathing help eliminate teeth grinding when asleep?

RE: Does mouth breathing help eliminate teeth grinding when asleep?
Thanks Mosquitobait - all very good advice.

I went back to the nasal pillows last night and had a much better quality and longer sleep. I will see in the next few days whether I had any mouth leaks when I learn how to review the sleepyhead data, however I was unaware whether this was happening or not like before -hopefully I can train myself in the art of keeping my mouth shut if possible.
