Don;t move better nbrs

Best nbrs yet. Don't feel any difference. I tried to not move and made
face and nasal very clean. I noticed when i woke up my crappy chinstrap
was still in place. wonder why i awoke.

ahi 0.0, pressure leak 13, 4.4 hours
I must be in deeper sleep because i did not remember
my dreams.
when florida hurricane ends i will get sd card reader. i down loaded
sleep software

General info
resmed autoset h5i s9 series
positive airway pressure device
with humidifier
Elite model
nasal mask
pressure set at 13.8
sometimes air pushes mouth open so i have worthless chin strap
overweight 237 (was 262 dieting) age 63.5
scored 40 ahi test in hospital so severe apnea
sleep 4 hours and wake up then can not get back to sleep
leak rate 28 or higher

How long have you been on therapy?

Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. Access through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie
