Dreading titration sleep study

RE: Dreading titration sleep study
One last piece of advise from me is quiet simple dont sleep the night before or leave yourself short. Also do some excercise or go for a long walk to tire yourself out by then when you get to the hospital you'l be asleep before they finish attaching you to the machine. The natural way is the best Bigwink

RE: Dreading titration sleep study
The sleep study facility called me back and said the Dr would prescribe a sleeping pill for me, but I would have to get a ride after the study.
Unfortunately my wife has to work the next day as well so I'm not going to ask her to drive me 25 miles to have the study, drive home, drive back to pick me up in the morning take me another 20 miles out of her way and then drive herself to work. Oh well.
