I have the AutoCPAP: DNX500, not shown in your choices, possibly a newer model

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error
I just searched the Philips website for your model and can not find any reference to a DNX500. A global search for the Philips DNX500 didn't return anything either. Finally, I called Philips Respironics but gave up after being on hold for an eternity. Could you please provide more information from the bottom of your device?

Sure it isn't DSXxxx? In your case, it may say DSX500...

(10-15-2020, 04:03 PM)goldpt Wrote: It seems that Philips Resperonics has for some reason implemented an SD card data feature disallowing an enduser to get the recorded data into sleepyhead or Oscar. (Using their software, you can only upload the data to their server.) Does anyone have the correct, known method of getting the data off the new Dream Station CPAP Sd card so it can be read into Sleephead or Oscar?

We just brought home a DreamStation Auto CPAP. DSX500, with a date code of 2020-o8-18, we picked it up on the 6th of October, the card showed a 39 minute use on September 16th, I thought it was set up time at the DME. The SD card works fine for downloading to OSCAR. What date code do you show on the bottom of your machine? Do you have the modem installed?

That model number IS from the bottom of the Philips Resperonics Auto CPAP Dream Machine. Here is the latest data from
their Customer Service, received today. Please note well what they are newly attempting to do. IK consider this tyo be outrageous as it disallows the enduser from utilizing Slkeephead or Orcar!:

The software needed to view your data as a patient would be either the DreamMapper smartphone app, or web browser application. The data stored on the SD card is specifically for medical professional use, such as your prescribing physician or respiratory therapist at the Homecare Provider’s office your device was setup with.

As this is a medical device that requires a prescription in order to utilize, some of the data is intended only for medical professional use. As such, the software program to read the SD card is only available to licensed medical professionals. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. That said, you can utilize DreamMapper to monitor your sleep data and we would highly recommend looking into this. The DreamMapper application is also free on the respective app store for your mobile device.

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error
Yes, the modem is installed and works fine. This machine was issued to me by Optigen CPAP supplies in March of 2020. It is Auto CPAP model DNX500.

However, the data cannot be copied from the SD card. They're doing that knowingly and intentionally.

Here is the latest comment from their customer service:

Believe me, you cannot copy any data from the card, let alone zip it.

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error
Microsoft has tool that might be able to help with the copying of files....I don't want to violate any link rules, so try Goog searching:

Automatically diagnose and repair Windows file and folder problems

I'm a fan of backing up all my data before doing stuff like this, but in this case it probably isn't an option....so recognize there is a risk that this tool may render your data unreadable.
