Sleepyhead shows compliance hours but nothing else.

I have a Resmed 9 escape and each time I get sleepyhead to read the data; it shows compliance times; but that's it. nothing else meaningful. There is nothing
on the statistics. I get a message with a big frownie face that says "I'm very sorry your machine doesn't record useful data to graph in Daily view.

But; on the welcome screen; it has a yellow box that says: 

the last time you used your Resmed Escape was last night (thur May 31, 2018). You had an AHI of 0.00, which is considered perfect. Your machine
was on for 7 hours, 41 minutes and 59 seconds. You had no major mask leaks. (max was 0.00 L/min)

No oximetery data has been imported yet. 

Anyone have any idea what's up?

The Resmed S9 escape does not record any thing other than usage time it is a brick. You need a better machine that records full data

Hi noelle and Welcome to Apnea Board,
Unfortunately, the ResMed S9 Escape is what we call a "brick."  It cannot give you any useful data except for compliance data (hours used and AHI.)

How long have you had this machine?  Are you fairly new to CPAP?  I ask because if you are new at this and you recently acquired this machine from a DME, you should return it for a machine that will give you full data so that you can track your own therapy.

Your S9 Escape is known as a "Brick".  Your model only records summary data and not detailed data like the Autoset or Elite models.
